It’s a New Year and we’re endeavoring to ride more, run more, drink better beer, and hopefully lose a few pounds. There is even a bet going to who will reach their target weight the fastest. My goal is 20lbs and get down to 190lbs. I believe Throttle wants to get to 185lbs but I am not sure of his starting weight. There is a prize for the winner but I’m a little fuzzy on the details, strippers? hookers? or perhaps just a trip to pickle park?

Any of you in your 40′s will understand the growing gap between what you think you can do and what your body allows. Obviously my love of beer does not help this particular cause (Damn that evil Maltose), but I refuse to give up that particular vice. Ahhhh do I long for the days of partying all night, eating everything, and not gaining pound….
